Shipping policy
Living Perfectly You ships via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. A physical address is required as we do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship all orders within 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. If you need your order faster, we suggest using Rush Shipping. First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Standard Shipping, Ground Shipping, Parcel Post, and Media Mail are all considered Standard Shipping and are not considered Rush Shipping. Rush Shipping is considered anything delivered overnight or the next business day.
If your order tracking shows your package as being delivered, contact your local post office to get more information about where your order could be. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your order shows delivered, but you didn't receive your order, you are responsible for contacting the carrier to find your package. Refunds will not be given for orders that show they were delivered. Please note that if you order several items at once, there is a chance that not everything will ship together. You could receive multiple packages with different tracking numbers. Check your order to see if there are multiple tracking numbers.

Our warehouse and customer service are closed every weekend and all major holidays including the holidays USPS is closed. Holidays that our warehouse is closed are:
Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday 3rd Monday in January
Washington’s Birthday/Presidents’ Day 3rd Monday in February
Memorial Day Last Monday in May
Labor Day 1st Monday in September
Columbus Day 2nd Monday in October
