FAQ
Does it work on soft sand?
Yes. The wide balloon wheels float on the surface instead of digging in, which is exactly what this version is built for.
Can I use it without the battery?
Yes — it rolls freely like a standard folding wagon.
How steep a hill can it climb?
The motor pulls up to a 20° incline. There is no parking brake, so keep a hand on the handle on slopes and when going downhill.
What if a battery runs out mid-trip?
Two batteries and two chargers are included, so you can swap and keep going.
Is it safe in wet conditions?
IP65: splashes and wet grass are fine. Don't submerge the wheels deeper than half the rear wheel, and don't leave it out in the rain.
